"Thank you to NMC staff for the hard work put in to make Metals Forum Health and Safety Seminar a resounding success.
We were expecting over 70 people including senior industry managers but more importantly representatives from the DTI in London who had funded the mission. So we wanted to give a good impression, both to them, the delegates and to PERA who had been involved with this mission and organise this sort of event regularly.
From the very first meeting with NMC staff it was excellent, the people understand the needs of small organisations and assist in all aspects of the preparation, advising on room layout, IT set up and catering requirements.
When the day arrived for the event NMC were there from the very start to help set up the registration and to ensure everything went to plan, the staff were there, in the background, all during the day ensuring nothing went wrong and then at the end when everyone had left were there to assist in the breakdown and interested in the success of the event.
What was special in my mind was the way in which they went out of their way to make the day memorable and had laid on food with a Japanese theme, as well as the traditional hot buffet and decorated the room with an oriental style. This meant that many of the people attending commented on the difference at this event and how well it had been organised. This was good for me and the delegates.
All in all the NMC is one of the best conference venues I have used, providing an all round top class service. I would not hesitate to use it for all my future requirements."

"Many thanks for looking after us and our guests last Friday. Despite the traffic chaos surrounding this part of West Bromwich the day went extremely well. So much so that I think that it fair to say that it was our best annual Christmas guest lecture yet.
